A leading, top ranked London firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team. This is an opportunity to work within one of the largest and most established Employment practices in the UK, advising a diverse client base on complex, high quality matters across the full spectrum of Employment law.
The Role
You will play a key role within a collaborative and high performing team, advising clients ranging from multinational organisations to high growth businesses. Your work will span a broad mix of advisory, contentious and transactional matters, including:
- Day to day advisory work including disciplinaries, grievances, contracts and policies
- Employment Tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- High Court litigation, including restrictive covenants, team moves and injunctions
- Support on corporate transactions
