The Opportunity
- Advise a broad range of employer clients, from scaling businesses through to multinational organisations
- Handle a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Manage Employment Tribunal litigation and complex workplace disputes
- Advise on disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination, whistleblowing, restructures and redundancies
- Support corporate transactions, outsourcing projects and TUPE matters
- Work on senior executive and partnership issues, including exits, restrictive covenants and high-value disputes
- Collaborate with highly ranked employment specialists recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers
Candidate Requirements
- UK qualified solicitor
- Approximately 2-8 years PQE
- Strong employment law experience gained within a recognised private practice team
- Experience advising employer clients
- Excellent drafting, technical and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to business development
