Lex Exec is supporting a major national firm with the hire of an experienced employment lawyer (ideally 5 PQE with flexibility) to join its growing London team. You will join an energetic team handling a broad range of employer‑led matters. The work will cover day‑to‑day employment relations advice, tribunal disputes, organisational change programmes, investigations and wider project‑based support. You will also gain regular exposure to transaction‑driven work, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys variety across both contentious and non‑contentious matters. You will run your own matters with guidance where needed and will have opportunities to build your technical capability across a diverse portfolio of clients.
