A highly regarded London private client firm is seeking a Trust and Estate Disputes Associate or Senior Associate to join its market-leading contentious private wealth team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor to work alongside recognised leaders in the field on complex, high-value and often high-profile contentious trusts and estates matters involving UHNW clients.
The Opportunity
- Advise exclusively on contentious trusts and estates matters, including:
- High-value trust and estate disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Court of Protection matters
- Complex multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Sensitive private wealth disputes involving HNW and UHNW individuals and families
This is a specialist contentious private wealth role within one of the most respected teams in the London market.

You will work closely with an established and highly regarded leadership group, including recognised specialists and leading practitioners in this area. The team is widely recognised for:

Candidate Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor
- Ideally 3-6 PQE
- Strong experience in contentious trusts and estates matters
- Background from a recognised London or national private client disputes practice preferred
- Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients
- Strong technical, drafting and client management skills
- Full UK working rights required
Working Environment
- Hybrid working structure with typically 3 days in the office
- Initial onboarding period with increased office presence to support training and integration
- Centrally located London office with excellent transport links
