A highly regarded specialist family law boutique in London is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing team, with a particular focus on high-value financial remedies work. The Opportunity
- You will work on a broad range of private client family matters, with a core emphasis on complex financial remedies work.
- The caseload is likely to include:
- High-value divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Matters involving trusts, business assets and private investment structures
- International and multi-jurisdictional family disputes
- Private FDRs, negotiated settlements and High Court proceedings
- Working alongside counsel, forensic accountants and private client advisers
