Lex Exec is working with one of the UK’s leading Employment practices on an opportunity for an ambitious Employment Associate, ideally 1-4 PQE, to join its London team.

The team acts for major corporates, household-name brands, senior executives and fast-growth businesses across the full spectrum of employment law:
- Complex Employment Tribunal litigation
- High Court litigation, restrictive covenants and team moves
- International and multi-jurisdictional employment projects
This is not a role where you will be confined to one narrow area of Employment law. There is genuine breadth, high-quality client contact and the opportunity to develop both technically and commercially.
A commercial and pragmatic approach is essential. Exceptional NQ candidates may also be considered, particularly those with strong Employment experience gained during training.
