The role offers exposure to a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for an impressive client base ranging from high-growth businesses through to established international organisations.
The team has developed an excellent reputation for advising clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, insurance, private wealth and real estate. Despite this wider platform, the London team retains an entrepreneurial and collaborative feel, with genuine opportunities to make an impact as the practice continues to grow.

- Strong experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
- Excellent drafting and client communication skills
- Confidence managing Employment Tribunal matters with increasing autonomy
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- An interest in business development and client training
- Experience advising on restrictive covenants, team moves, or sector-specific employment work would be advantageous but is not essential.

- High quality and varied employment work
- Strong existing client base across attractive sectors
- Collaborative and well-resourced national platform
