Lex Exec is working with a highly regarded specialist Family Law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its established team near Chichester, West Sussex.
The firm enjoys an excellent reputation across the South of England and is recognised by Chambers and The Legal 500 for its work in complex Family matters.
Its lawyers advise on sophisticated financial disputes, private children matters and wealth protection, while taking a progressive approach to mediation, collaborative law and non-court dispute resolution.
The opportunity
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings, including substantial assets, businesses and pensions
- Private children matters and child arrangements
- Prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Negotiated settlements and non-court dispute resolution
- Complex and sensitive Family disputes requiring excellent client care
The practice offers the opportunity to undertake interesting, high-quality work while developing your expertise alongside recognised senior Family practitioners.
About you
We are particularly interested in speaking with Family Solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE.
Applications from more experienced Associates and Senior Associates are equally welcome.
You should have strong private Family Law experience, sound technical skills and an interest in delivering constructive, client-focused outcomes.
Experience in mediation or collaborative law would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
Working arrangements
The role is based near Chichester, with a hybrid arrangement involving approximately 2-3 days per week in the office.
Salary:
Competitive and dependent on experience. The firm is open to discussing remuneration appropriate to the individual.
