We are looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is suited to someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities- Support senior team members with calendar management, scheduling, and inbox coordination
- Organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Assist with preparing presentations, documents, and client-facing materials
- Track tasks and follow up on key action points
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and filing
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense submissions where required
- Support basic operational processes such as onboarding logistics and internal coordination
- Support strategic projects
- Highly discreet with excellent judgement; trusted to handle sensitive information
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator, with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
- Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office and strong digital tool proficiency
- Professional, polished and able to build strong relationships across all levels
- Fluent English, written and spoken
