We’re looking for a data privacy expert to join our Consulting team! This position is for Senior Consultants and Managers that want to step up, that want to work on deploying industry-leading data privacy services, and have experience in leading engagements.
Responsibilities
- Leading engagements + delivery of our client-facing consulting services
- Supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments and undertaking Vendor assessments
- Managing Data Subject Rights Requests
- Develop processes and policies
- Develop and support thought leadership through our Insights + Benchmark
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working in client-facing roles in data privacy
- Ability to assess regulatory/policy landscapes of various geographies, or an active interest to build this expertise
- Excellent knowledge of data privacy regulations: theoretical understanding and practical application + delivery of data privacy projects
- Ability to work in a team: both to lead engagements & perform the required tasks
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: an ability to articulate value propositions with clarity and enthusiasm
- Proven record of successfully selling new products and ideas
- Self-starters: proactive individuals looking to deliver value, learn, and grow the firm
- Outstanding multi-taskers: demonstrated ability to work on different work streams, wear multiple hats, and implement efficient structures/processes

What do we do?
Lex Dinamica offers data privacy and consumer data governance consulting services. Our focus is on the management of consumer data from the perspective of data privacy best practice and regulations. We work with consumer-facing brands, from multinational organisations to smaller e-commerce brands to deliver services that are tailored to their ways of working. These services include developing data privacy strategies, performing maturity assessments, assisting DPOs, or adapting an organisations business to new data privacy regulations. Our founders are ex-Big 4 data privacy SMEs. They’ve worked with large multinational corporations, mainly within the consumer-packaged goods sector, and offer expertise in data governance, data privacy, consumer data strategy, data-driven marketing and strategy consulting.
