We are seeking an experienced Data Privacy Manager to join the team at Lex Dinamica. This is a client-facing role, ideal for professionals with a strong consultancy background and deep expertise in data protection and GDPR compliance. You’ll work closely with clients to design and deliver tailored privacy programmes, provide strategic advisory services, and drive GDPR-aligned initiatives across complex organisational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end data privacy consulting engagements for a variety of clients
- Design, implement, and manage data protection programmes aligned with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks
- Deliver privacy risk assessments, gap analyses, DPIAs, and data mapping exercises
- Provide advisory support on privacy governance, policy development, and compliance strategies
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate legal and regulatory requirements into operational solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor in client environments, representing Lex Dinamica’s consulting excellence
- Support business development and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong consulting experience within a professional services or advisory firm
- Demonstrated expertise in GDPR and broader data protection laws
- Experience designing and delivering privacy programmes across sectors
- Confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical experience conducting assessments, advising on compliance, and delivering documentation
- Recognised privacy qualifications (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent) are a strong advantage
- Proactive, analytical, and adaptable with a strong delivery mindset
