In search of professionals passionate about Privacy, AI and Risk. Privacy and AI compliance has moved from a back office concern to a board level priority, and our clients are asking more of us because of it. Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships.

We are building Lex Dinamica for what comes next in this work, and we are looking for the people who want to build it with us. Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance driven value.

Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner.

The Customer Success Representative role is our front door. You will be the first commercial conversation a future client has with us, and the connective tissue between our marketing, partnerships and consulting teams.

  • Own the customer relationship end to end, from first conversation to handover.
  • Fill the top of our sales pipeline and help turn that pipeline into qualified meetings.
  • Build target account lists, research the people who matter inside them, craft outreach that gets read, and run the cadences that convert cold contacts into conversations.
  • Support marketing campaigns end to end: webinars, thought leadership pushes, IAPP events, sector specific outreach.
  • Qualify prospects through the website, referrals, or campaigns, understand their need, and pass well briefed meetings to the consulting team.
  • Own the quality of data in Apollo.io, the CRM, sequences, lists, and reporting.

One to two years of experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, professional services firm, or comparable environment. Outbound is a numbers game on top of a craft. You have built sequences, run cadences, segmented lists, and used the data to make decisions. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is required. Event experience, whether helping run a stand, organising attendee follow up, or working a conference floor is also beneficial.

You will be based in our London office with hybrid working, spending two days a week in the office and the rest of your week wherever you work best. The pattern flexes around events, partner meetings, and the moments where being together matters most.

Outbound is a craft, and you learn it faster sitting next to people who already know how to do it. The hybrid pattern gives you that exposure while respecting that focus work and outreach often happen best somewhere quieter.
