We are growing. Privacy and AI compliance has moved from a back office concern to a board level priority, and our clients are asking more of us because of it. Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships. This demand is an opportunity for us. This role is how we deliver privacy technology programmes to our global clients, including the German and French speaking accounts where local language is part of doing the work properly.
Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance-driven value. Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner.
The Bilingual Analyst role sits at the centre of our privacy technology work. You will help configure, implement and operate the platforms that turn privacy strategy into something clients can actually run, with a strong focus on the German or French speaking accounts where local language is part of doing the work properly.
The Role
- Support the configuration and implementation of OneTrust and other privacy technology platforms.
- Translate client privacy requirements into platform solutions.
- Run analysis on client data, programme metrics, and platform outputs to inform decisions.
- Act as a language point of contact for German or French speaking client engagements.
- Work alongside our consultants to deliver privacy technology programmes from scoping through go live and into operations.
- Configure and tailor the platforms our clients rely on, including data mapping, assessments, DSARs, consent and preferences, and workflows.
- Translate privacy requirements into platform decisions.
- Bring an analytical lens to the work by pulling data out of the platform and building views that help clients see what's happening across their privacy programme.
- Be a language anchor for the team, assisting German or French speaking clients with documentation and technical content.
- Contribute to shaping methodologies, templates, and ways of working in our privacy technology practice.
Must haves
- Zero to two years of experience in data privacy, information security, compliance, law, data analytics, or a related field. Recent graduates with a strong academic grounding are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in German or French in addition to English.
- Familiarity with OneTrust or a comparable privacy technology platform, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem solving instincts, with proficiency in Excel.
- A genuine interest in privacy, AI governance, and the wider compliance technology space.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- A right to work in the UK or the EU.
- Fluency in both German and French.
- Hands on configuration experience with OneTrust modules.
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or comparable data analysis tools.
- A recognised privacy credential such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or the ability to start working towards one.
- Consulting experience at a professional services firm, a Big Four, or a privacy specialist firm.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws in French or German speaking jurisdictions.
- Additional language capability beyond German, French, and English.
- A relevant degree in a field such as Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Law, or similar.
