Office Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

You’ll be the backbone of our day to day office operations. You’ll help keep things running smoothly as we grow, supporting teams across the business and ensuring our office, processes and suppliers are well managed. Keeping the office ticking along day to day, welcoming visitors and helping everyone do their best work Making sure the office is well stocked, from supplies and equipment to those little things that keep everything running smoothly Planning and organising office events, team get togethers, celebrations and parties. Helping coordinate logistics and international shipping paperwork as we grow and work with partners around the world You’ll be part of a collaborative and very hands on team where everyone helps each other out. Experience in an office administration or similar operations role Curious, flexible and open to a role that will evolve over time This is a full time onsite role.
