Description
Imagine being the calm, organised centre of a company that’s changing how diagnostics are delivered worldwide.
At LEX Diagnostics, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for an Office Administrator who enjoys bringing order to complexity and supporting people to do their best work.
Whether you’re already an experienced Administrator or someone ready to grow into a broader support role, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a business on an exciting growth journey.
Why this role matters
You’ll be the backbone of our day to day office operations.
You’ll help keep things running smoothly as we grow, supporting teams across the business and ensuring our office, processes and suppliers are well managed.
As we scale manufacturing and strengthen relationships with a smaller group of key suppliers, the role may refocus over time.
For the right candidate, this offers a genuine development opportunity by expanding your skills, taking on more responsibility, and shaping how the role evolves alongside the business.
- What you’ll be doing
- Keeping the office ticking along day to day, welcoming visitors and helping everyone do their best work
- Being the go to person when something needs organising, or tracking down, if we can’t find it, you probably can
- Making sure the office is well stocked, from supplies and equipment to those little things that keep everything running smoothly
- Supporting finance and operations with admin bits like invoices, orders and general paperwork
- Planning and organising office events, team get togethers, celebrations and parties. You’ll make the fun stuff happen
- Helping coordinate logistics and international shipping paperwork as we grow and work with partners around the world
- Keeping records, systems and processes tidy, up to date and easy for everyone to use
- Jumping in wherever needed. You’ll be part of a collaborative and very hands on team where everyone helps each other out.
- What we’re looking for
- You don’t need to tick every box as we’re more interested in attitude, organisation and adaptability.
- Experience in an office administration or similar operations role
- Highly organised, detail oriented and reliable
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a very busy growing business
- Confident communicator who enjoys supporting others
- Curious, flexible and open to a role that will evolve over time
This is a full time onsite role.
