An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading MedTech provider in Ireland. As the company continues to scale, this role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping financial strategy and supporting growth in a dynamic digital healthcare environment.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee financial operations, lead a small remote finance team, and provide critical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Management Accounting
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Manage month-end close (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Develop financial models and long-term plans
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Technical Accounting & Compliance
- Lead year-end audit and liaise with auditors
- Ensure compliance with FRS102 and Irish regulations
- Oversee statutory accounts and tax filings
- Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a small remote finance team
- Set objectives and support performance development
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Support NetSuite ERP implementation
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with teams across the business
- Present financial insights to senior leadership
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Strong knowledge of FRS102
- Proven experience in management accounting and FP&A
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a tech or high-growth environment
- ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Financial modelling expertise
