This onsite role at our Havant office focuses on providing dedicated account support to key customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring smooth, efficient service when working with Lippert. We are seeking a proactive, positive‑minded and enthusiastic individual to join our Planning Team, supporting the coordination and management of production planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a Weekly Production Schedule for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Understand and highlight capacity issues for the operations management team to resolve.
- Review order book to assess for inventory and upcoming production needs.
- Plan and schedule necessary production activities to ensure these needs are met.
- Manage Subcon demand to ensure material arrives when required to meet Production Plan.
- Monitor Subcontractor delivery performance and understand capacity versus demand.
- Manage Production Orders to support the production plan.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Sales to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Participate in the development and implementation of an improved Production Planning system.
- Ensure MRP system is updated and accurate.
The ideal candidate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MRP systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internally and externally
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to think critically and prioritise workloads effectively
- Confident in liaising and working with multiple teams around the business
