Job Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent detailed knowledge of EPR systems to respond to and advise end users effectively.
- Develop and support the Electronic Bed Management System and other EPRs, making build and configuration changes as per the Trust change process.
- Ensure successful delivery of upgrades and maintain business continuity plans.
- Develop service-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Service Leads.
- Advocate for the EPR system and promote its importance within the Trust.
- Monitor the EPR supplier\’s performance and ensure service levels are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous build and configuration experience of Oracle Millennium/CapMan/Careview Dashboard applications is essential.
