Lewisham College is seeking a dedicated safeguarding and inclusion professional to join our student support provision.
You will work with learners who may be vulnerable or at risk of disengagement, reporting to the Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager and promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.
You will deliver targeted interventions, manage risk assessments and collaborative multi-agency work, maintaining records and supporting curriculum teams to help learners stay engaged and progress.
