This role will support the Youth Futures Foundation funded 'Connected Futures' programme, locally known as 'Elevate 100', a youth‑led employability programme governed by a youth action board.
Responsibilities
- Act as a full‑time youth board member for the Elevate 100 project in Downham.
- Ensure the voices of local young people, including those on the youth action board, are represented throughout the project.
- Support project decisions and help shape programme outcomes.
- Work in a hybrid environment, attending sessions in the office and remotely from home on a regular basis.
- Complete apprenticeship training and contribute to continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must complete an apprenticeship within the role.
- Some weekend and evening work may be required.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check.
- Must be a Lewisham borough resident.
