As Library Coordinator, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the library and learning spaces, ensuring that learners and curriculum teams have access to high-quality, relevant, and accessible learning resources.
Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support services, and external partners, you will help create a welcoming and customer-focused environment that supports teaching, learning, and student success.,
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operation of library and learning resource services, ensuring service standards and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain effective systems, procedures, and local policies to support efficient service delivery.
- Support the planning, procurement, and management of learning resources, ensuring resources align with curriculum requirements and budgets.
- Work closely with curriculum teams to identify resource needs and support teaching and learning across the college.
- Contribute to course validation, review processes, and quality improvement activities.
