You are a team player who is capable of working both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and ensuring high-quality outcomes in your work. You are also sensitive to community needs and adept at identifying and reporting concerns related to safety, welfare, and behavior.

The role includes the flexible and collaborative cleaning of internal and external areas within an estate, block, or designated area. Responsibilities include regular and reactive cleaning tasks, removal of bulky waste, and systematic checks for maintenance issues. The role involves reporting any welfare or safety issues, as well as keeping strict adherence to safety and cleaning standards. You will also engage with residents and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service while complying with council policies and procedures.
