As a Jobs and Skills Officer, you will be part of Elevate 100, Lewisham's employment and wellbeing service for 16‐30 year‐olds. In this role, you will support the smooth delivery of the service by managing data, maintaining accurate records, coordinating project activities, and assisting with events and partnership meetings. The role is primarily based in the Downham Health and Leisure Centre, but operates a hybrid approach requiring regular office and home work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyse project data, maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date records.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and partnership meetings.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues, partners, and young residents.
- Ensure excellent customer service across all interactions.
- Occasional work outside normal hours may be required.
- Strong organisational and proactive team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in ICT systems and database management.
- Ability to produce clear written communications such as agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
- Experience in managing information securely and supporting projects.
- Strong time‐management skills, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
