Responsibilities:
- You will support pre‑course assessment, plan and deliver courses, address learner needs, and help learners progress to gain qualifications.
- Teaching hours are 4–5 hours per week, with flexible daytime and evening sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified ESOL/English practitioner, or studying for a Level 4 qualification with English/ESOL specialism.
- Demonstrable skills in incorporating technology and teaching resources that are inclusive and impactful.
- Familiar with ESOL, Functional Skills, and GCSE qualifications.
- Experience in pre‑course assessments, quality assurance and internal moderation (preferred).
- An ability/experience of working in both areas would be preferred.
