We are seeking exceptional leaders to join our newly restructured Strategic Housing Delivery & Partnerships team—a service at the forefront of delivering innovative, high-impact housing solutions and forging dynamic partnerships across the borough.
As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of diverse, high-quality homes that meet the needs of our communities. You will work collaboratively with a wide range of partners—registered providers, developers, community groups and internal stakeholders—to drive forward our ambitious housing agenda. This is an opportunity to influence strategic direction, manage complex projects and deliver real social value and place‑shaping outcomes for Lewisham’s residents.

You will bring an expertise in delivery, from conception to handover, of diverse homes that meet the needs of our communities through a mix of approaches; with a demonstrable track record for delivering to quality, cost and time. Collaborating with our contracting partners and internal stakeholders, you will apply your strong commercial acumen, knowledge of Building Safety and extensive experience in risk mitigation to influence strategic direction, manage complex/high risk construction projects, and deliver real social value and place‑shaping outcomes for Lewisham’s residents.
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
