We would like to see experience of proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and of using database systems along with good analytical skills in the area of information management and use of data. To complete requests for reconciliation of data ensuring they are completed promptly and accurately as required. To provide a warm welcome for visitors to the centre, dealing with all enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. To adhere to Adult Learning Lewisham’s positive commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities for all users at all times.

To support Adult Learning’s Business Resources team involving managing reception and front counter face to face, enrolling new and existing learners at the counter and over the phone, collecting course fees as well as setting up and maintaining office administrative working processes. This role is Full time - 35 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be confident in their own abilities to deal with immediate problems along with great interpersonal skills. Experience in dealing with data and analysis of information as well as discretion when dealing with confidential information is key. Applicants will need to demonstrate experience of organised administrative work or in a customer services role using and updating administrative systems and processes.

Working primarily at our Brockley Rise Centre, 2 Brockley Rise, London, SE23 1PR. There will also be requirements to work from other centres to complete training or cover leave.

Willingness to undertake First Aid training.
