Are you a confident programme coordinator with strong contract and performance management skills? Do you enjoy using data to improve services and can produce clear, high-quality reports? Are you experienced in building partnerships across public services and the voluntary sector, and able to line‑manage and support a team to deliver great outcomes? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As Employment Project Coordinator (PO3) for the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, you’ll coordinate delivery of a targeted employability programme for young people. You will line‑manage three Employment Specialists and lead contract and performance management of commissioned delivery partners. You’ll oversee monitoring, reporting and quality assurance using Hanlon, and drive continuous improvement to achieve strong outcomes for priority cohorts. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll bring strong programme management skills and the ability to keep delivery on track across multiple partners and priorities.
  • You’ll be confident holding commissioned providers to account through clear performance frameworks, constructive challenge and support.
  • You’ll be highly organised, comfortable using systems and data (including Hanlon) to produce accurate reporting and actionable insight.
  • You’ll have great relationship skills and can build effective referral and delivery pathways across services.
  • You’ll be an inclusive, youth‑centred practitioner who can adapt delivery for young people with different needs and circumstances.

Location: The job is primarily based in Old Town Hall, Catford, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Special conditions: Occasional evening and/or weekend working may be required.
