We’re looking for a dynamic, forward‑thinking leader to help us transform the way we deliver temporary accommodation, private rented sector supply, and resettlement services for residents in housing need. What’s the role?
- Managing and improving the supply of temporary accommodation and private rented sector options
- Ensuring high quality housing management and compliance
- Leading resettlement and sustainment work to help households move on successfully
- Overseeing financial controls, provider payments and contract performance

Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Salary
£64,938 — £69,660 per annum (SMG1). All appointments will be offered at the minimum scale point for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
