What we’re looking for:

You will be substantially experienced in investigating and enforcing housing standards in the private rented sector alongside delivering and enforcing HMO and selective licensing schemes in line with local policy and national housing legislation. You will hold a HHSRS qualification (or another relevant qualification) and have detailed knowledge of housing legislation, property construction, building regulations, planning requirements, disrepair, property maintenance, landlord and tenant rights, and the effects of housing conditions on health.

In return, we’ll offer excellent development opportunities, plus a range of benefits that include a career average pension scheme, flexible working, and the opportunity to make a real difference to our local community.
