What the Job Involves

This role at the London Borough of Lewisham's dynamic Legal Services team requires you to manage a comprehensive caseload, focusing on property-related legal matters such as disposals, acquisitions, leases, and regeneration projects. You will provide expert legal consultancy to senior officers, elected members, and partner organizations, ensuring all advice is aligned with property, administrative, and environmental law requirements. Your responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed legal documentation, aiding in policy formulation, and managing risks related to property law.
