b Overview /b p In this role you support children with disabilities and their families within a statutory Child in Need framework, holding cases and coordinating with social workers. You will apply specialist knowledge to deliver targeted interventions and ensure timely help. The role operates within a collaborative Children with complex needs and disabilities, Family Help Team, contributing to a safeguarding-focused, cross-agency approach.
