What’s the role?
This role is central to the smooth running of the Safer Communities Service. You’ll lead on collating, monitoring, and reporting data across key areas such as violence reduction, Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), Prevent, ASB/Statutory Nuisance, licensing, CCTV, and community engagement. You’ll coordinate Freedom of Information and complaint responses, support project delivery, and manage internal systems and databases to ensure accurate intelligence and efficient service delivery. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role that blends strategic oversight with operational support.

What we’re looking for

You’ll coordinate Freedom of Information and complaint responses, support project delivery, and manage internal systems and databases to ensure accurate intelligence and efficient service delivery. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role that blends strategic oversight with operational support, perfect for someone who thrives on making things work better.
Location
The job is primarily based in Catford, Lewisham but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work in the office and sometimes remotely.

Salary
£37,509-£38,637 per annum (SC6). N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
