About Us: The Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools is a multi-academy trust (MAT) comprising three schools: Prendergast Ladywell School, Prendergast School, Prendergast Vale School.
Your Role
- Challenge and Support: Scrutinise the school improvement plan and hold school leaders accountable for its delivery.
- Policy Monitoring: Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of policies related to safeguarding, SEND, pupil premium, and equalities.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Listen to and collaborate with pupils, parents, staff, and the wider community, including local employers.
- Representation: Serve on headteacher recruitment panels and participate in Ofsted inspections.

Commitment
