Position: Peripatetic Clarinet/Saxophone Tutor – 1 day a week.
Overview: An exciting opportunity for a Peripatetic Clarinet/Saxophone Tutor has arisen and we are looking to appoint an inspirational Tutor with a real passion for music, to join our Music Department. The post holder will work 1 day a week and will join a team of experienced peripatetic tutors delivering instrumental and singing tuition to pupils in the school.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of the Head of Music.
- Deliver instrumental tuition to pupils.
- Support less confident students.
- Use excellent instrumental skills, patience and good communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Excellent instrumental skills in clarinet or saxophone.
- Patience and enthusiasm.
- Good communication skills and self‑motivation.
Salary & Hours:
- Hours: 1 day a week.
- Salary: £31.50 hourly, including holiday pay.
