Responsibilities:
- As Employment Project Coordinator (PO3) for the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, you’ll coordinate delivery of a targeted employability programme for young people.
- You will line-manage three Employment Specialists and lead contract and performance management of commissioned delivery partners.
- You’ll oversee monitoring, reporting and quality assurance using Hanlon, and drive continuous improvement to achieve strong outcomes for priority cohorts.
