Lewisham Council is looking for a motivated Application Analyst to support and develop our Oracle Cloud ERP platform, underpinning key financial services across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Managing user access and security roles, ensuring appropriate access across the system.
- Investigating and resolving Oracle ERP incidents raised via the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for users.
- Working with third‑party support partners to diagnose and resolve complex issues where required.
- Supporting system enhancements and changes by collaborating with the Application Specialist, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- Collaborating with business teams and suppliers to plan and deliver quarterly Oracle updates.
- Supporting interfaces and reporting requirements, maintaining the integrity and availability of financial data.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP systems in a functional or technical capacity.
- Sound understanding of financial systems and transactional processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including finance teams, ICT colleagues and external suppliers.
- Flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Location
