Contract: 12-month fixed term contract (PO3).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of a targeted employability programme for young people.
  • Line-manage three Employment Specialists and lead contract and performance management of commissioned delivery partners.
  • Oversee monitoring, reporting and quality assurance using Hanlon, and drive continuous improvement to achieve strong outcomes for priority cohorts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong programme management skills, able to keep delivery on track across multiple partners and priorities.
  • Confident holding commissioned providers to account through clear performance frameworks, constructive challenge and support.
  • Highly organised, comfortable using systems and data (including Hanlon) to produce accurate reporting and actionable insight.
  • Excellent relationship skills, able to build effective referral and delivery pathways across services.
  • Inclusive, youth-centred practitioner able to adapt delivery for young people with different needs and circumstances.
  • Experience in building partnerships across public services and the voluntary sector, and able to line-manage and support a team to deliver great outcomes.
  • Strong contract and performance management skills and proven data-driven reporting.

Location: Primarily based in Old Town Hall, Catford, with a hybrid approach requiring you to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Special Conditions: Occasional evening and/or weekend working may be required.

Salary and Benefits: £49,155 – £51,228 per annum (PO3). All appointments are offered at the minimum SCP point for the grade of the role, with the option of matching current salary up to the maximum of the scale when evidence is provided.
