Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high‑quality inclusive practice across the school.
- Provide strategic direction to embed quality first teaching for SEND learners across the curriculum.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and partners to remove barriers to learning.
- Support students with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral support.
- Champion a school ethos where every child matters and create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- National Professional Qualification for SENCOs (NPQSENCO).
