The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively across the organisation and will have the skills to positively engage with colleagues and residents.

What’s in it for you?

What we’re looking for

As a Customer Services Apprentice at Phoenix Community Housing, you will be committed to delivering professional and effective customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, and contributing to the successful delivery of the corporate plan. You will proactively contribute to residents and the wider community with a commitment to a One Phoenix approach, focused on providing excellent homes and services, and always positively promoting the organisation, its aspirations, and values.

The role is based at Phoenix Community Housing, The Green Man, Bromley Road, London: SE RP. We operate a hybrid working policy, requiring you to work both in the office and from home regularly, depending on the nature of the role.
