What We’re Looking For
A skilled Contract Manager to join our dynamic Stock Investment and Asset Management Team to deliver multiple impactful projects. You’ll be the driving force behind successful procurement, project delivery, and compliance balancing technical precision with strong stakeholder collaboration. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving communities. If you're confident managing multiple priorities, liaising with leaseholders and homeowners, and ensuring quality outcomes at every stage, we want to hear from you.
Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special Conditions
Preferably educated to HNC/HND/Degree level or equivalent with good understanding of project management and building regulations.
Salary
£60,633 - £62,742 per annum (P07)
