As the first point of contact, you will provide person‑centred support to clients seeking housing assistance and managing complex needs. You will offer expert advice, guidance and practical support, conduct holistic assessments, and make referrals to prevent homelessness and reduce reliance on crisis services. Administrative tasks will also be part of your role, ensuring smooth service delivery and that clients receive the right support every step of the way.

Location
The role is based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU. A hybrid working model is employed: you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
