An exciting recruitment opportunity to join the Prevention & Family Help Service, as a Business Support Officer is now available!
The role
This is a permanent full time role (35 hours weekly). The successful candidate will provide support within the Prevention and Family Advice service, including Family Thrive Service, delivering a high quality and effective standards of customer care at all times.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate experience of administrative and business support processes, including the requirements relating to handling sensitive data and information, particularly in relation to the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018
- Have ability to work effectively under supervision, delivering allocated tasks and work priorities within a changing environment to meet deadlines on a day today basis
- Confidently use core business ICT systems (including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, EHM, LCS and SharePoint)
- Possess well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Responsive and customer-focused attitude, with a flexible approach to working as part of a team and a willingness to learn new skills
Location
The job is based in Laurence House and various Family Hubs across London Borough of Lewisham.

Salary
ÂŁ31,434 – ÂŁ33,291 per annum (SC4)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
