What’s the role?
- Support the delivery of local youth programmes that inspire creativity, participation, and personal growth.
- Work directly with young people to provide guidance, information, and safe spaces for social interaction.
- Assist in planning, running, and evaluating activities across arts, sports and youth participation.
- Promote equality, safeguarding, and empowerment while helping young people access opportunities and services.
Part time X3 Posts, 6.25hrs - 19.25hrs per week.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate individuals committed to empowering young people through creative, inclusive youth work. Applicants with experience in youth settings or as former service users are strongly encouraged to apply. This role involves building positive relationships, providing guidance, and creating safe, inspiring spaces.
Location
The job is primarily based across our 5 sites: Bellingham, TNG, Woodpecker, Riverside and Honor Oak.

- The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Salary £30,225 – £30,654 per annum (Scale 2) Pro Rata. All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role.
