Ashmead Primary School is looking for an inspiring, talented teacher to join our dedicated staff team from this September.
This post is for a KS1 or KS2 teacher. Our vision for children is that through excellent teaching and care, children know they are both loving and capable. We want children to be passionate, resilient and creative learners with good character who achieve well across the curriculum. If you would like to help us realise this vision, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:- Be an excellent teacher, committed to the highest of expectations for all children and to making learning irresistible.
- Have an excellent understanding of how our youngest children learn and what effective teaching looks like.
- Be a learner themselves – open to challenge and committed to keeping on top of current thinking in education.
- Be a committed team member, show initiative and proactively work to improve their practice.
- Promote the principles of inclusion by enabling every child to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve highly.
