Lewisham Council is looking for a motivated Application Analyst to support and develop our Oracle Cloud ERP platform, underpinning key financial services across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Managing user access and security roles, ensuring appropriate access across the system
- Investigating and resolving Oracle ERP incidents raised via the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for users
- Working with third‑party support partners to diagnose and resolve complex issues where required
- Supporting system enhancements and changes by collaborating with the Application Specialist, from requirements gathering through to implementation
- Collaborating with business teams and suppliers to plan and deliver quarterly Oracle updates
- Supporting interfaces and reporting requirements, maintaining the integrity and availability of financial data
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP systems in a functional or technical capacity
- Sound understanding of financial systems and transactional processes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including finance teams, ICT colleagues and external suppliers
- Flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes
Location
Based primarily at Laurence House, Lewisham, with a hybrid model that requires regular office attendance and remote work from home.
Salary
£45,852 – £47,925 per annum (P02)
