Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant in Geriatric Medicine to work across the acute and community frailty pathways at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich, and Memorial Hospital, Shooters Hill. The role is full time (10 PAs) with optional on-call and split between two Trusts.
You will develop frailty services, lead MDTs, and contribute to teaching and service development across the Greenwich neighbourhood teams as part of Trust-wide modernisation.
