Overview

In this role you drive client retention and revenue growth for an international network. Based in London, you will provide strategic creative consultancy, lead or influence major pitches, and marshal global resources to expand key client relationships. You collaborate with senior colleagues across the network to deliver integrated campaigns and multi-channel storytelling. The position offers scope to shape new business and contribute to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial agency culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as senior lead on key clients, delivering strategic guidance and profitable service outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth by reviewing profitability and optimizing plans
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing clients and across the network
  • Lead executive media relations programs and media training for senior clients
  • Ensure clear client communication, define KPIs and service agreements
  • Promote integrated communications and storytelling across client engagements
  • Contribute to new business and marketing activity to position the agency as a creative leader
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers to secure opportunities
  • Take lead on credentials and pitches, developing strategic insight and creative concepts
  • Develop and nurture a high-caliber team and supportive culture
  • Manage and motivate direct reports, overseeing goals and career development
  • Participate in internal communications and office culture activities
  • Collaborate as a constructive, senior member of the agency team

Key requirements

  • Experience growing, developing, and running client service teams
  • Proven track record in winning business, retention, and growth of clients
  • Strong business acumen with experience in B2B Tech
