Purpose of the role

The Campaign Director is a hands-on, client-facing role leading the end-to-end delivery of digital projects - from full website builds through to ongoing digital and social programmes. You'll take client briefs, shape them strategically, and work closely with UX/UI designers to bring them to life, before presenting solutions back to clients. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the work as well as the client relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including full website builds (often corporate-focused: investor-facing sites, careers/employer-brand sites for prospective employees) from brief through to launch.
  • Take a client brief, think through it strategically, and translate it clearly for UX/UI designers — consulting with them throughout the design and build process.
  • Present strategic and creative recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Plan, implement and maintain digital marketing and social media (organic and paid) projects/campaigns for TEAM LEWIS clients.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to measure performance, generate insight and demonstrate ROI across digital and social channels.
  • Monitor and report on account KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Manage resourcing and staffing on projects, keeping delivery on budget and on schedule.
  • Address any reasons for client dissatisfaction promptly, putting in place proactive steps to strengthen the relationship.
  • Support the new business process: act on leads generated and help turn them into tangible opportunities.
  • Ensure financial and operating processes and procedures are properly executed.
  • Be a collaborative, encouraging and supportive member of the UK team.

About you

You're an enthusiastic Senior Campaign Manager or Campaign Director, who's happy getting into the detail of project delivery, not just overseeing it from a distance. You have a strong track record of managing digital projects - particularly website builds - from brief to launch, and you're comfortable working with corporate clients (investor relations or employer-brand sites). You know your way around analytics and can use data to tell a clear performance story. You're confident taking a brief, thinking about it strategically, and translating that thinking for UX/UI designers - consulting with them as the project develops - before presenting the result to clients. You're not afraid to challenge convention or share a different point of view. The digital landscape is moving fast, and we want someone who brings fresh thinking rather than simply executing the brief in front of them.

Qualifications

  • Background working in a communications, digital, advertising or marketing agency, managing digital projects for corporate clients.
  • Hands-on experience delivering website projects end-to-end (brief, strategy, design consultation, build, launch).
  • Not from a commercial/ecommerce background - corporate/B2B project experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools and reporting on digital/social performance and ROI.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, resourcing and timelines to keep projects on track.
  • Confident presenting strategic and creative recommendations to clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable consulting closely with UX/UI designers.
