Lewis Street Primary is launching an Internal Alternative Provision (IAP) and seeks a SEND Teacher to work with a small group of pupils with EHCPs or SEN support needs. You will adapt learning, foster positive relationships and drive progress across KS1/KS2 within a flexible timetable.
The successful candidate will plan, assess and review ILPs, collaborate with staff and families, and contribute to shaping a nurturing SEND provision focused on independence and achievement.
