We are seeking a Managing Associate (Trade Mark Attorney) to join our Intellectual Property team. The successful candidate will be a key part of a hard-working, friendly and supportive team; therefore, the ideal candidate will be a strong team player and have experience working in a high performing and collaborative environment.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have solid UK, EUIPO and international experience in handling trade mark searching, filing and prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence and associate strategic advice.
• Have experience in contentious matters, domain name dispute and transactional work (would be an advantage).
• Be able to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Be commercially-focused and have a problem-solving approach.
• Have a proven track record in business development, maintaining and growing client relationships.
